GOLD for Group MD

Congratulations to Frocester Group MD, Anthony Locke on completing the GOLD leadership programme run by Quolux. On GOLD you learn how to create, implement and review strategy in your own and other businesses by being a Non-Executive Director (NED) in other organisations and having several NEDs in your own company. Working with a small group of like minded peers from other Gloucestershire based companies, Anthony developed and tested skills in business planning, strategic leadership, change management, decision making processes and culture change. All very relevant for tracking and developing the business activities of Frocester Group and taking advantage of new opportunities as they arise.
