At Frocester, we take great pride in fostering talent and supporting professional growth. During National Apprenticeship Week we are delighted to celebrate the achievement of Ellis Cushley, who has completed his Fire and Security apprenticeship.
Ellis’s journey with Frocester began straight from school when he enrolled in a Data Networking course at Filton College. His passion for the industry led him to further his expertise with a full Fire and Security apprenticeship at Stroud College. Throughout his training, he demonstrated outstanding dedication, skill development, and commitment to excellence—qualities that have been instrumental in his success.
Managing Director Steve Taylor says, “Ellis has shown a great commitment to learning and has been an excellent part of the team. We’re excited to watch how he develops even further and contributes to the success of the business, now that he is a fully qualified engineer.”
A particularly proud moment for Ellis was receiving his final certificate from his father, Matt Cushley, who is Frocester’s Business Development Manager. This milestone is not only a testament to Ellis’s hard work but also to the unwavering support he has received from his family and colleagues along the way.
