Congratulations to Mark Delnevo and Matt Cushley for successfully completing the inaugural LEADlight programme run by Quolux. The programme helps develop the leadership skills of operational managers within businesses through a combination of workshops and peer to peer learning with managers from other companies. Focussing on communication, employee recognition, leadership style and values, Mark and Matt enjoyed the programme and picked up some vital skills which they have already started using with the business.
