Frocester Group has appointed James Joyce as the new Director of Frocester Fire.
With over 25 years’ experience in the Fire and Security industries, Frocester Fire customers are in safe and experienced hands with James at the helm.
Tom Allerton, Operations Director, said: “For us here at Frocester, having a Fire division meant having James front it. The two went hand-in-hand. We are thrilled to be able to announce him as our new Fire Director, and to push Frocester Fire forward in the best way we can imagine.”
James has worked across the industry in various roles including service engineering, commissioning, project management as well as in key account manager and director positions.
“My goal at Frocester will be to continue providing services to the Fire industry in all aspects of the field. We specialise in supporting not only our own customers but other businesses in the industry who have complex systems – these services include fault finding – programming and loop or panel diagnostics,” said James Joyce, Director of Frocester Fire.
Frocester Fire recently partnered with Ampac fire control panels and now offer a full graphics solution allowing the customer to access drawings or maps of their building detailing the exact locations of alarms and fault disablement events. Frocester Fire has specified Ampac for its project with John Lewis and Partners and Waitrose.
James’s plans also include helping young people get into the industry. “I’m looking forward to investing in younger people to train them up for the future. This includes site-based and offsite manufacturers training,” he said.
“I also look forward to working with my fellow directors who share the same business ethos as I do – customer service delivery is paramount, no matter what discipline in the Frocester Group.”
