The team at Frocester Security are excited to announce that they are now a Silver Channel Partner for global surveillance solution company Hanwha Techwin.
For customers, it means that Frocester Security can now give an extended 5-year warranty (instead of 3 years) on Hanwha Techwin camera and access control products used for its security projects.
Operations Director, Tom Allerton and the team took on the Hanwha Techwin STEP programme training to earn the award which provides them with continued access to technical support resources and updates.
‘Customers can be confident that we have expert knowledge when recommending and installing these products and the extended warranty is a great benefit,’ says Tom.
