The award winning organic Stroud Brewery has officially opened its brand new premises after a £1 million development to create new brewing facilities, community space and offices just a stone’s throw away from its original home in Thrupp. Frocester Group has had a key involvement in the project installing all the electrical infrastructure for lighting and power, all data cabling and connections, a state of the art fire detection and alarm system as well as a comprehensive CCTV and intruder alarm system to help protect the investment.
Commenting, Stroud Brewery MD Greg Pilley said “Frocester has been an excellent company to work with on this project. The quality of workmanship has met our exacting standards and their attention to detail has helped resolve some of the issues we have faced during the build. They have been very responsive when requirements have changed and everything relating to the electrical, fire and security install has worked with a minimum of rework.”
The bar at the brewery is open to the public and the vibrant community space that has been created within the new building has a full programme of events. We wish Stroud Brewery every success with the new premises.
