Strategic Growth & Industry Recognition
2025 saw Frocester deepen its partnerships and strengthen its industry positioning:
- Motorola Solutions Premier Channel Partner status was renewed for 2025, reaffirming Frocester’s standing as a trusted provider of best-in-class communications and security technology
- The Group also became an OpenEye Official Channel Partner and secured a strategic partnership with AMAG Technology, expanding its technology ecosystem and offering to clients
- Recognition continued with the Hanwha Diamond STEP Partner Award, adding further kudos to Frocester’s credentials in the security space.
Team Achievements & Professional Development
Our people are at the heart of Frocester, and 2025 saw numerous professional accomplishments:
- Peter Winterbotton was promoted to Operations Manager, and new roles like Design and Technical Support Manager were introduced to support growing demand
- Exceptional milestones for our team included Ellis Cushley celebrating an engineering qualification and Sophia achieving a double distinction as an apprentice – a testament to our commitment to nurturing talent.
- Graduates from the LEADlight Programme continued to step up, showcasing the strength of our development pathways for the management team – shout out to Nicky Reynolds and Olivia Smith!
Community & Charity Initiatives
Giving back remained a major focus:
- After our first donation in January, we pedalled hard for our chosen charity, Hamble Lifeboat, completing the London to Brighton Cycle Ride on Sunday in September, which resulted in a donation of £6,095.63 in November, supporting vital lifesaving services.
- Our team also took part in the Starlight Walk in July for our other chosen charity, Prospect Hospice, showing Frocester’s commitment to community wellbeing.
- The Annual Frocester Group Company Golf Day brought the team together in July for a day of camaraderie and celebration, raising another £1,600 for our chosen charities.
Awards & Excellence
- Our Awards of Excellence: Fire and Security Specialists 2025 celebration recognised outstanding work and dedication across the security industry.
- Our MD, Stephen Taylor, was celebrated as Fire & Security Services MD of the Year 2025, highlighting outstanding leadership.
