We’re thrilled to congratulate Olivia Smith, Service Desk Supervisor at Frocester Group, on successfully completing the LEADlight programme.
Over the past six months, Olivia has shown outstanding commitment to developing her leadership skills, and the Frocester team has enjoyed watching her journey.

Reflecting on her experience, Olivia shared:

The LEADlight programme is designed for ‘middle leaders’, those managers operating below Board and senior leadership levels. It aims to build confidence, enhance performance, and prepare participants for senior management roles. Over six months, participants focus on developing key leadership skills, improving team results, and gaining greater self-awareness.
