The Project
The new Cotswolds Designer Outlet, located just off Junction 9 of the M5 near Tewkesbury, is a unique retail destination blending traditional Cotswolds architecture with modern facilities.
With over 50 stores – including global brands such as Adidas, BOSS, Guess, French Connection, and Hobbs – plus restaurants and family-friendly amenities, the centre required a comprehensive safety and security solution to ensure a safe environment for shoppers, staff, and retailers.
The Challenge
The client and Bouygues UK needed a single specialist to design and deliver a fully integrated security and life safety package. The brief included:
- CCTV for full site coverage

- Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) for car park management
- Access control for staff and restricted zones
