The Project

Zest Student Accommodation is a newly developed 70+ apartment complex in Filton, Bristol, designed to provide modern, secure, and comfortable living for students. As part of the construction phase, the development required a complete life-safety and security package to ensure the highest level of protection for future residents and streamlined management for the building operators.

Frocester Security was appointed to deliver a fully integrated solution covering fire safety, security, access management, and the core network infrastructure supporting all building technologies.

The Challenge

Sampson Homes needed a specialist provider capable of designing, coordinating, and installing multiple interconnected systems within a live construction environment. The requirements included:

Progress & Delivery

First-fix cabling has now been completed throughout the development. As construction continues, including boarding, partitioning, and flooring, Frocester is closely coordinating with the project team to ensure seamless integration of systems.

We are scheduled to return for second fix, testing, and commissioning once the building fabric is ready.
